Loss, through reasonable control of the ratio of silica aerogel and vinyl triisopropoxysilane within a certain range, can significantly increase the friction resistance of the paint, using trioxane as a solvent can not only increase the leveling and surface uniformity of the coating, but also form an intermixed layer with the surface of the substrate to increase the adhesion to the substrate. By adding water and mixing with trioxane, it can reduce the amount of trioxane and reduce the cost. Using acetic anhydride as the hydrolysis catalyst can better ensure that the pH of the entire paint system is weakly acidic, acetylcholine can effectively reduce the curing temperature of the coating, and can meet the use requirements of optical plastics with lower thermal deformation temperature. By controlling the ratio of acetic anhydride and acetylcholine, the curing time of the paint can be shortened, and the curing energy consumption and cost can be reduced. Improve the cross-linking degree of the coating, improve the scratch resistance of the coating, use polyoxyethylene dehydrated sorbitan monoglyceride as a leveling agent, and have the effect of lubricant. I reduce the friction coefficient of the coating, significantly increase the scratch resistance of the coating, crystalline silicon oxide and graphite powder have better friction resistance. By controlling the ratio of the two, the friction resistance of the paint is greatly increased. |
